Returns Policy

Products (in original condition) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact orders@japanmade.com.au as soon as possible. 

Shipping

Purchased items can be mailed anywhere in the world – usually through Australia Post or a courier if requested. Postage costs are additional to any purchase and will be determined prior to the completion of the transaction.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders of $100 or more.

Orders are shipped within two business days (usually one) from receipt of payment and will take up to three business days to arrive for delivery within Australia.

All international orders are sent by standard airmail.
